1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we process

• Account and profile data, such as name, email, phone number, country, shop or company information, address and language.
• Service activity, such as catalogue use, favourites, requests, messages, orders, settings and support interactions.
• Technical data, such as IP address, user-agent, device and browser information, security logs and session information.
• Advertising attribution only with consent, including landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, fbclid, registration stage and advertising cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing accounts, catalogue features, requests and related services — performance of a contract or steps requested by you.
• Security, abuse prevention and service reliability — our legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations.
• Service communications and support — performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in assisting users.
• Advertising analytics and conversion measurement — your voluntary consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies support sign-in, security, saved choices and requested features. Optional advertising technologies do not run before consent.

5. Disclosures and Meta

We disclose data to infrastructure, hosting, email and other processors only as needed to operate the service. After consent, Meta Platforms receives PageView, RegistrationStarted and CompleteRegistration events. For a completed registration, this may include hashed email, phone and user ID, together with IP address, user-agent, _fbp/_fbc and event URL for conversion measurement and deduplication.

We do not sell personal information for money. Where advertising disclosure is treated as a “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable US law, choosing “Only necessary” opts out of that disclosure. Meta Privacy Policy.

6. International transfers and retention

The service and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards. Account data is kept while the account is active and afterwards only as needed for legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for the stated purposes.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; request portability; opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; and receive equal service when exercising your rights. These options are intended to support users in the EEA, UK, United States, Russia and Asia-Pacific jurisdictions to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Children and policy changes

Wedding Catalog is intended for wedding professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The latest revision date appears at the top, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
